Champlain Health Supply Services is a shared service organization primarily focused on Collaborative Sourcing for member organizations. It was founded on two principle objectives: supporting improvement in the quality of care provided by its member organization through collaborative procurement and standardization and implementing leading practices resulting in efficient, effective supply chain services.


The Central Ontario Healthcare Procurement Alliance (COHPA) is a Shared Services Organization providing integrated supply chain services to several central Ontario hospitals. Five Customer hospitals participate in strategic sourcing initiatives.
