Penny Clark, CPCC, CHRP, ACC, Principal Owner, Insightfull Coaching

Penny Clark is the Principal Owner of Insightfull Coaching.  Insightfull Coaching is a company that works with individuals and teams to help them understand more about themselves, and leverage that knowledge to provide focus on achieving goal oriented outcomes.  Penny is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with 25+ years of business management and leadership experience.

Penny completed her training through The Coaches Training Institute, and has also attained the designation of Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaches Federation, the global leader in coaching and leadership training.  She holds a CHRP designation, and is certified to administer and assess team, cultural and individual leadership effectiveness using the Leadership Circle Profile™ and the Leadership Circle Culture Survey™.  Penny is also trained in ORSC (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching).

Penny possesses vast business experience operating as a member of executive and senior leadership teams in banking, her own HR consulting business, and working in a Healthcare GPO.  These experiences have provided Penny a depth of expertise working with and facilitating team success across various industries in leading transformational change efforts, and delivering results at both an operational and strategic level

Daniel Fabiano, Partner, Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP

Daniel Fabiano is a corporate/commercial lawyer whose practice emphasizes public sector procurement, technology, information protection and privacy (including health privacy). In his procurement practice, Daniel advises public and private sector organizations in initiating and documenting the bidding process; drafting and negotiating contracts; and managing and mitigating procurement risks. Daniel has a "Certificate in Public Procurement Law and Practice" from Osgoode.

Sarah Friesen, Friesen Concepts Inc.

Sarah Friesen leads Friesen Concepts Inc., an independent practice specializing in healthcare procurement solutions. Areas of focus include strategic sourcing transformation, innovation procurement and professional development. Sarah has over 18 years of experience in the healthcare sector, most recently as the CEO/GM of the Central Ontario Healthcare Procurement Alliance (COHPA), and she brings an additional 17 years of strategic sourcing and supply chain experience from the private sector. Sarah is a founding member of HSCN, and is currently the Project Manager for the Innovation Procurement Toolkit Expansion project. She participates in various innovation initiatives, served as a member of the Ontario Health Innovation Council, and lectures on healthcare supply chain topics at educational institutions and industry forums.

Iris Ko, Former Strategic Policy and Innovation Director of Ontario Government

Iris Ko is currently a Professor at Georgian College, teaching postgraduates on research planning and project Management skills. From 2005-15,  Ms. Ko was the Strategic Policy and Innovation Director at the Ontario Public Services. In this role Ms. Ko led the development of the Broader Public Sector Procurement Directive, and the innovation procurement strategy for Ontario to incentivize innovation development and adoption. She established funding programs to accelerate the culture shift to value-based procurement which was recognized by the Ontario Health Innovation Council, and launched the Operating Room Supply Chain pilot program. This program facilitated collaboration, developed leading practices, provided strategic directions and resources for pilot projects resulting in improved process efficiencies.

Ms. Ko has a proven track record in excellence and delivery, and was invited as a conference speaker on procurement, innovation and transformation strategies internationally.  She received multiple awards for Leadership, Partnership, Quality Service and Innovation.
